Tried. Wifi module is getting hot so the CPU. COM does not appear.

I wire up duet 2 wifi. Then I so that wifi modul does not work any more. There is possibility that I sort 12V Vfan to 5V. The board is dead i think. Am I right? When I plug to PC via USB nothing happent. Diag LED on permanently. Try to reset nothing work.

Hi guys. I have problem with my PINDA. Brown cable connected to 5 V, blue to GND and black to Z probe in. Z value in web control say 0. After trigger, led turn off but the value doesn't change. My config:
