Just a question. I just updated my 7"paneldue V2 to the latest firmware by using the BOSA program. But after the succesful update, the screen stays black and does nothing anymore.
Can someone tell me what the problem can be and hgow to solve it.

I have a question about Duet webcontrol.bin. Maybe it is a stupid question, but I realy don't know where to begin. I want to update my web control to version 1.20. But every where i look there is a .zip file. But what I need is a .bin file. Can any one please tell me how to make a .bin file from a zip file?

I have a question about a reseller. I ordered a duetwifi at www.builda3dprinter.eu. My order is processing for almost a week now, so I sended a email, with the question when the order will be shipped. They don't answer my emails, there phonenumber isn't theres anymore and the building is for sale. I also didn't receive a conformation off my orderand my payment.
Can you tell me if this company is still a reseller and what can I do to contact this company?
