My best guess is that something is going wrong with the +5V and/or +3.3V supply rails when you apply VIN power.

Does it do the same thing if you disconnect everything except VIN and USB from the Duet?
Does the A4403 chip (small square chip close to the VIN terminals) look OK?

By disconnecting everything, the same thing happens.
I looked with a magnifying glass and everything seems normal

I can communicate with the duet only when it is powered by 5v. As soon as I put the 24v, no more communication and Diag flashes ????

Do you know of another way to connect a raspberry to the maestro other than the USB?
I tried to connect a raspberry by usb but it's the same thing: Diag flashes and cannot connect to the Pi

Thats "interesting"! Does it also happen if you boot it without an SD card inserted after having written the firmware to the board?

Yes it happens in all cases

    • Problem on maestro

      Hello,
I have a maestro card that I put on a DIY delta. Firmware version is 3.1
Everything worked, But now when I put the power supply I have the LED diag which lights up and I no longer have a connection with the card, neither ethernet nor usb. The fans work.
I plugged the card into a PC, removed the firware, put it back with Bossa, and updated it with Pronterface.
The card communicates when it is powered by usb but as soon as I plug in the 24v power supply the diag led lights up and I no longer have any connection.
Is the card HS and why?
Thank you in advance for your help.

What do you have in your tpre0.g and tpost0.g files in /sys on the SD card?

      Hello, in tpre0.g there was "G91 - G1 Z10 X0 Y-130 F9000 - G903".
I changed Y-130 to Y0 and it works.
      thank you so much

Hello, when I put the tool 0 (head) in heating, the head moves at the coordinates X = 0 Y = -130 Z = 280 and all the other actions are blocked.
