Thanks for the response, I was about to delete this post, after messing around with firmware updates, and whatever it has fixed itself, I have no clue to what I did wrong....Thanks anyways !

I noticed that may Cartesian printer went past maximums after updating from 1.1. to 1.2, M208 Maxima has no effect.
Minimum isnt work anymore either.
