I've now converted it to zip and it's gone through, but it's still web control 3.1.1

@jay_s_uk when i download the file duet webcontrol-sd.zip it is in the download folder without the .zip

hello i bought a used 3d printer that was still on fw 3.1.1 i updated it to 3.2 but how can i update web control to 3.2 do i have to transfer the files from the webcontrol-sd.zip folder to the sd card in the www copy folder? Soory for my english is with translator!
