It was disconnected pin, I got hung up with short to ground error and was focusing on trying to find a short. Looks like on the side closest to the fuses one or more pins weren't connected, I did skimp a bit on the heat on that edge due to proximity of other components so ran a dry soldering iron over each pin and back to life now with all drivers working again. Many thanks.
