I don't understand what's wrong, everything is fine with the program. When starting printing with the second extruder, it cuts into the left guide, what could be the reason? Moreover, if you send it home, the limit switches work normally.
More information required. Post config.g, any other relevant files, and the response to M122. Provide a better description of the printer, and what steps you are taking that cause the problem.
