Currently I removed +5V from dedicated PCI-Ex to USB adapter for Duet 3 Main Board 6XD and the system is working as intended.

When I catch some time I will investigate the option with daemon.g and VIN power monitoring so that this external modification is not needed.

I am trying to use the same AC servo drive and motor, but i am a bit lost with the motion controller settings.
Could you let me know what's your's.
I am trying to connect this using a 1xd formelly used to run an external nema driver but i am here lost with AC servo motors.
For now it is wired in single ended mode, would you recommend differential mode ?

That sounds good, only thing is to use one BAT43 or BAT85 or even 1N4148 on the Output line of the sensor with the cathode "pointing" towards the sensor, simple.

That diode is recommended when connecting an NPN sensor to an older Duet 2 board. It is not needed when connecting to a Duet 3 board.
