@dc42 Nevermind. I figured out the extruder. Tool 0 has to be active for the extruder motor to energize.
Thanks again for the help!

@dc42 Wow. I'm an idiot. I didn't read the RepRap configurator closely enough and entered the diameter instead of the radius. Homing and bed leveling work as intended. I'm amazed at how long I've been banging my head against the wall on this one.
Thank you for your help.
Now to figure out why my extruder stepper doesn't seem to work.
@phaedrux The carriages do back off 5mm and home again.
When attempting the bed leveling the error I get is "Z probe not triggered during probing move", but the effector doesn't move at all. I've fiddled with bed.g before to see if it's even trying to do anything by adding a homing move before and after all of the G30 probing moves and it completes them just fine. I just can't get it to attempt to move to the bed for probing. I've gone through the commissioning of the smarteffector and have confirmed that I do in fact get a green LED when tapping on the hotend and I do see the z probe readout change in the DWC when tapping. I'm sure it isn't an effector issue and I've eliminated the steppers and stepper drivers as the issue since the carriages move when homing. I can also move them independently with G1. Something I haven't been able to do is move all three carriages at the same time for a Z-height move. I'm not sure why. Any time I attempt a G1 Z move it only moves the Z tower carriage instead of all three.
I've just recently upgraded my Rostock Max V2 with a Duet3D 2 Wifi, SmartEffector and an E3D v6 hotend. I'm having difficulty getting the steppers to move after homing. Once the homing completes, the endstops are engaged and the steppers are energized preventing free movement. I can use G1 H2 X(Y,Z)-10 to move each axis by ignoring the endstops, but I am unable to get G30 to work for the bed leveling as I don't know how to get the G30 to ignore the endstops in order to move. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my M122 after homing, config.g, homedelta.g, and bed.g.
