          M305 P0 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; Set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 0
          M305 P1 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; Set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 1

B4138 is the default and most likely wrong for your thermistors. this can report the wrong temperature.

                  what hotend do you have?
the error message means when the hotend is powered on the temperature rises to slowly.

Did you even tune the hot end? Once you got the tune, did you enter those values into the configuration file?

the values you have configured for the thermistor are not for an e3d vulcano. the e3d use semitec thermistors.
check the resistance of the heater catrige that you have the correct one for your voltage

in the configurator. when you click on the beta value for the thermistor a selection comes up. select the semitec thermistor.
