As you haven't bought the board from duet3d.com all that can happen here is the administrators determining if the problem is covered by warranty.

The first step is to determine if the board is still under warranty, if not there is no point in examining if the problem is covered by the terms of the warranty, as such your task is to ask the vendor if the 18 months old board is still covered by warranty.

Some parts of the world offer 6 months warranty, some 24 months, as such you need to ask your vendor.

If Mr. Hector is the proprietor of https://tienda.bricogeek.com/content/3-condiciones-de-uso#garantia (the genuine spanish reseller) then the terms seems to not cover your case as it is a problem that occured after 6 months, and cannot be proven to have been present at the time of delivery as the card initially worked?

      In any case:

you'll need to check with the vendor if your board is still under warranty.

man if the card was 5 years old, I understand that duet washes his hands, but is bought last year and as I say I have never manipulated the card, I have trusted duet and I do not see normal that the card fails without touching it and is my fault, thank you and I hope the duet team gives me a solution

They asked you a question; your answer doesn't answer what they wanted to know; in plain terms is it a genuine Duet board purchased from an authorized reseller? And in any case you need to direct your claim to your seller, refer to https://www.duet3d.com/warranty

@bearer of course it is original and if purchased from an official distributor, it is not a problem of use it is a problem of the card that fails the sd module, and excuse me if I do not write well, it is through the google translator, thanks

Okay, thats one step closer, next determine the distributors warranty period for your purchase.

@bearer One question, if the warranty has already passed, what options do I have to repair the card? I do not know what to do

EU consumers usually have good protection from vendors beyond manufacturers warranty, but I'm not familiar with your country, your vendor will be able to answer you.

If all else fails, and you're certain the problem is the sd-card reader on the board, then I'd take it to a cell phone repair shop and ask them to replace the sd-card socket. However your the second picture you posted does say the card is detected, but its still possible other pins of the socket is damaged. Does the problem persist if you disconnect any other accessories (while powered off)?

                    say the card is detected

                    Ahh i missed that.

@GOYO i don't think is the card detect pin then, although that is by far the most common issue of the SD card has been working fine up until now. and normally over many 1000s of insert/removes.

@goyo please send a good picture of the SD card socket showing how it is soldered on, and also a picture around the processor. Also i note your MC temp of 40 degrees, thats probably not calibrated, does it feel hot to the touch?
