Solved Hotend faulting

ferrite bead are for reducing high frequency noise, it has no effect on a grounding loop.

as i answered to verti sorry I meant heaters E0 and E1. T0 was set up in the configuration tool.thank you very much as accurate as i can be.

Pass the USB cable a few times through a ferrite ring, or use a USB cable that has a ferrite ring fitted already, or buy a split ferrite bead and clamp it over the lead. This mitigates the effect of ground transients. -
thats only mitigation. what is wrong with your wifi anyway?

Don't know what to say, Board was working one day and then not the next and i hadn't touched the config.g file. -

what is the error message that you are getting from the wifi modul? -

I was not able to get wifi going at all so proceeded to use usb while i tried to get the wifi going.
of three boards i have this is the only one I cannot get connected to wifi. -

that is not an output from the wifi modul.

The question about T0 is still unanswered. Without selecting a tool, your hotend will not heat.
