I seem to be having issues with the endstops after having retrofitted a creality CR10 with a duet wifi.
Everything worked fine until I blew up my original Duet 2 rev 1.04c (long story) and replaced it with a new one of the same revision. during the replacement I upgraded the firmware to 3.0 and now all of the switches seem to be inverted. The Axes wont home because they think the switches are already tripped. I tried changing the output with the M574 command in my config.g without success. Any suggestions?

Have you tried invert the input by prefixing the pin name with '!'

Thank You So Much! That works perfectly.
I had no Idea that they added all of this functionality to the M574. It will be really helpful when I switch over to dual Z endstops too.
