Search AliExpress for PH2.0 and I believe that you will find what you are looking for. The Nema17 use the 6 pins connectors.

@bearer You are correct. Thank you for pointing that out.

          Search AliExpress

Male crimp connectors? I've searched for 3 and 4 pins before without luck, only the preassembled cable like i linked to. I was shocked to find 2pin male on eBay. If you stumble onto a link please share, I'm still hunting for 3 and 4 pins for other projects:)

Not crimps but PCB TH (can also be soldered with a shrink tube), straight and right angle. E.g.

Edit: looking at JST's website for the PH series, the male side doesn't seem to come with a crimp version, just TH PCB (their website is built such that it's difficult to share links).

There are non-JST branded (or rather unbranded maybe), but I've never seen them offered uncrimped with the exception of the 2 pin on eBay a few posts up. I send the guy a message asking for 3 and 4 pins, but don't expect an answer until after new year over there.

edit: he actually offered 2,3, and 4 pin so I ordered some. Could still be worth asking for 6 pin

@bearer Essentially we have a piece of equipment that doesn't support reversing the extruder at the moment (it's actually made for something else). So I want to reverse the direction of the NEMA - but there are a couple of different extruders we use, some geared, some not - so an adaptor to reverse the motor would be ideal for quick switching.

@elliott-griffiths so you'll do a relay hooked to the direction pin or something? interesting!
(but can you not use a through hole or surface mount 6-pin PH connector if you need a board anyway?)

What's wrong with M569 ? Are you looking to use exactly the same config.g file with different extruders?
