    After installing dual z stops heater gone

      I added and now have working dual stops.
      I changed the extruder from E0 to E1 and connected the second Z to E0
      Now hot end heater no longer shows up
      flashes on for half a second when config.g begins to load then goes away?
      Is my tools command wrong and messing it up?

        the hotend heater is normaly in thermostatic mode and will not shown in dwc (i think you mean this)

          Yes previously it showed up as H1.
          Now it flashes and is gone

            that is right so far, if you now heat your hotend the fan goes on at 45 degree

                    @drthomasw3 You still only have one extruder, so your tool definition should still be D0, not D1.

                    Sending M98 P”config.g” may also report this error.

                      You should remove the second “:16” from the E, as it’s trying to set microstepping for an extruder that doesn’t exist. Should be ignored by firmware, but sometimes causes problems.
