the configurator can help you as it support v3
      https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Start

transfer the settings over as it will be easier. for example e0_temp is not called that but e0temp.

      M574 U2 S1 P"e0stop" ; U max active high endstop switch

you have no u axis defined

        M558 P9 C"^zprobe.in" H5 F120 T3000

        Should be
        M558 P9 C"zprobe.in" H5 F120 T3000

The challenge in configuration tool maybe is to set up the probe.
        https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/13924/maestro-rrf3-and-bltouch-issues/19

That is the wrong resistor value for the Maestro

        M308 S0 P"bed_temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4138 R4700 ; define bed temperature sensor

        Standard fan setup:
        M950 F0 C"fan0" Q500 ; create fan 0 on pin fan0 and set its frequency
        M106 P0 S0 H-1 ; set fan 0 value. Thermostatic control is turned off
        M950 F1 C"fan1" Q500 ; create fan 1 on pin fan1 and set its frequency
        M106 P1 S1 H1 T45 ; set fan 1 value. Thermostatic control is turned on

As @Veti mentioned, try to generate a clean setup with the RRFCT

No, on Duet WiFi, Ethernet and Maestro with recent versions of BLTouch, the ^ before zprobe.in is essential.

i got the heater corrected and the y stop working i think at the moment the z probe is the only thing not working. The deployprobe.g does not seem to work when i try to home z axis the probe does nothing

here is the g code for it

                  ; deployprobe.g
; called to deploy a physical Z probe

I have ran the config tool 18 times now trying to figure out what im doing wrong and at this point i have no clue every time something goes wrong. At this point the bltouch will not run it start up test. I followed the link DIY-O-Sphere posted earlier in the post and made sure i matched my config tool settings to the images provided and still nothing is working. I would be VERY happy if ANYONE can shed some light on whats going on. Everything worked befor I updated.

I have an ender 3 with a duet meastro, bltouch and a fused3d bed that has a NTC100K thermistor.

The most recent config is below.

                      Thanks for the help.

Not quite, you need the ^ in front of zprobe.in. Also, in RRF3.0 you need to put the M558 command before the M950 command, because the default Z probe uses pin "zprobe.mod" as well as "zprobe.in". In RRF 3.01 it doesn't matter, because there is no default Z probe.

This is all documented at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_a_Z_probe#Section_Software_setup_RepRapFirmware_Num_3.

Yes, as @kmhudgins said he is using.

You need the ^ in front of zprobe.in for any Duet 2 running RRF3 with a recent version BLTouch. This is because recent versions of BLTouch have open-drain outputs.

Thank you for clarification. Now I am clear about why my BLT 2.0.... works without pullup (^)
Maybe a note in the wiki guide about the different versions of BLT would be helpful.

I made this change to the config.g but it did not change anything. the bltouch shill wont run the start up test and therefor just has a blinking red light.

Have you replaced all files in sys folder? Or only the config.g?
Have you checked the version of your BLTouch?

You can check the probe by sending:
                                    M280 P0 S120

For RRF3 the deployprobe.g and retractprobe.g have to be modified.
