M500

With M500 not implemented yet on Duet3+Pi and writing empty values to config-overide.g
M307 H0 A C D S V B0
This is what I get from M307 H1 after autotune.
Heater 0 model: gain 434.1, time constant 469.9, dead time 4.0, max PWM 1.00, calibration voltage 24.0, mode PID Computed PID parameters for setpoint change: P48.5, I1.120, D135.2 Computed PID parameters for load change: P48.5, I3.237, D135.2 Does this look right?
M307 H0 A434.1 C469.9 D4.0 S1.00 V? B0
It's a 220V heater, should I set V to 220? or just leave it off?

Looks right to me, I have a similar setup and left the V parameter off. I suppose if you include it, it would be set to 24v cause that’s all the Duet is aware of because that’s what it’s using to drive the SSR.

@blt3dp great thank you.
Yeah makes sense about the 24V + SSR.

Leave the V parameter off (or use V0) when using a mains-voltage SSR. Otherwise the firmware will try to adjust the heating power compensate for changes in the VIN voltage, which doesn't make sense when using a mains-voltage heater.

@dc42 cool thanks for the clarification.
