@chrishamm cool thanks for looking at it.
G29 S1 is in the bed.g file as the RepRap Configuration Tool put it there 😉
@paul12 I was a die hard Simplify3d user on my corexy. Mainly because I wanted my moneys worth. But it was the only slicer that gave me great prints consistently.
Now I’ve built my large delta I’m really struggling to get good prints with Simplify3d. So last night I used Cura for the first time in well over a year and I have to say the print came out spotless. It was probably the best print I have ever had, nothing to clean up, no blobbing or stringing and the sides were just amazing.
Think I’ll be using Cura more often.
I'm building a large delta similar to dc42s large kossel https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/dc42s-large-kossel-build/
As I'm using a 230V AC heater for the bed I want to make sure I've got the wiring right based on David's photos in the above post.
So if someone wouldn't mind taking a quick look at the diagram below that would be great. Have I missed anything?
Also I'm a bit unsure why one of the -V outputs on the power supply needs to be connected to GND?
Thanks all. This is the one I got. Has the fume extractor as well.
@zapta ah ok thank you, yeah nothing in the manual about it. It’s a very similar model to this but the photos show it in bits.
@yngndrw yes I did think of that, it does fit together. I don’t think it’s a stand, not really sturdy enough. Was thinking maybe a tool to remove or release something by inserting it into 2 small holes but can’t see anything.
Got my Duet 3 on Monday, very exciting ha ha
Just having a good look at it and noticed there seems to be some inconsistent soldering on the bottom, I don’t know if this is fine or if it will effect the board so just wanted some clarification.
