Duet 2 Wifi and Hemera Help!!

Ok, I finally got my Ender 3 Pro upgraded with the Duet2Wifi and a Hemera but the only problem that I am having now is that for some reason the signals are reversed going to the Hemera I was trying to figure out why it wasn't printing but I could feed filament threw it so I knew it wasn't jammed. I decided to hit the retract button on the DWC and it started extruding! So for some reason when it is supposed to be extruding its retracting and when told to retract its extruding, and I didn't mess with the wires of the Hemera here's a photo of the E0 plug its the Red, Blue, Green, and Brown wired plug.

Change the motor direction in config.g for your extruder motor with M569 P3 S0/S1.
M569 P0 S0 ; Drive 0 (x) goes backwards M569 P1 S0 ; Drive 1 (y) goes backwards M569 P2 S0 ; Drive 2 (z) goes backwards M569 P3 S0 ; Drive 3 (e) goes backwards -
Or flip the connector on the board.
