Duet 3 Driver 1 Short-to-ground issue
-
I have a Duet 3/Raspberry-pi3+ combo installed on a CR-10s printer. After setup with RRF3 and testing several prints, everything was operating well and I was getting high quality prints. As I was preparing to start another print, the Y-axis began exhibiting very rough operation, and the web dashboard showed "Error: short-to-ground reported by driver(s) 1". All other axis' behaved normally. I switched the wiring so that driver 0 was controlling the Y-axis, and driver 1 was controlling the X-axis. My X-axis began acting erratic while my Y-axis was just fine, indicating good wiring and stepper motor. Is there a way to fix this issue without a warranty replacement?

Not besides disabling the faulty driver and using one of the unused ones instead (or maybe replacing the external mosfet for the driver in question, but that'll likely void your warranty so disable&re-map or replace i recon)

As @bearer says. I approve a warranty replacement.
