hmm in the pic i printed the falcon from starwars with overhang with out problems
it seams like it only is when the overhang is curved -
hmm must be the cooling
i have a 24v systems then the fans is running at 24v?
or is the fan 12v ? if so the fan might run to slow -
Either the fan is designed for 24v,12v or 5v. If it were 12v it would be running insanely fast at 24v, a 5v fan would probably run for a few seconds at 24v before dying.
You probably have adequate cooling, but cooling from one side is much less effective for preventing curling which causes the pattern on the cup shaped objects at the top. The filament curls away or towards the fan.
In the image of the blue object the focus isn't clear but I'd say it looks over extruded too.

i have a 24v fan and system
but it not the fan
i put a 80mm fan on the heatbed on the other side and the result was the same
i have done 20x20 cube and it correct size and check the e-steps -
hmm will try to lower the extrusion alot to see what happens

it was bad cooling
the pink part is printed with excact the same gcode but with dual radila fans
see pic here

That is comprehensively solved!
