Warning: Heater 1 appears to be over-powered. If left on at full power, its temperature is predicted to reach 893C.what is the cause of this error?
how can i fix it? -
Hi,
You can either specify a lower PWM in your M307 command until you no longer get the warning
OR
you can just ignore the warning, as do many folks.

Note that if you do this, you don't actually solve the problem that the error is warning about, which is that in an uncontrolled state the heater is predicted to reach that temp. Reducing the PWM just reduces the controlled max and will give you slower heating with no protection in the case of a fault.
You can ignore the error, but at least be aware of what it's telling you. To solve it entirely would require changing out the heater for a lower powered one. Alternatively you could add a thermal cutout for some protection. Also have a fire extinguisher near and never leave your printer unattended.

Hmm... I thought that is what dc42 used to advise us to do.
The warning doesn't say the heater is too powerful but that it is overpowered.
Maybe not.
