      Can you be more specific?

I assume you mean you have a Duet3 with raspberry pi.

What kind of LCD screen are you trying to use? Do you have a PanelDue? Or is it a raspberry pi LCD?

@Veti some confusion here. where we need to put sd card, duet 3board or display board. and we require same os which is given by Duet 3d board,or we need to different os file for boot

as it is written on the linked site the duet 3 does not support the sd card slot on the paneldue.

SD card goes in the Duet. That's where the config files and macros and gcodes go. You access them from the web interface. No SD card in the paneldue as it won't work with the Duet 3

That's assuming you have a Duet 3. You haven't actually said.

Maybe OP can post a picture of his setup to eliminate some of the ambiguity and indicate what the role of the mentioned Raspberry PI is?

                      we have duet 3d board

More correctly, a Duet 3 board made by Duet 3D - that helps a little. Still unclear on the role of the Raspberry Pi as this makes a difference as to wehere you put the provided SD card, either in the Duet 3 or in the Raspberry Pi, it also affect the functionality of the PanelDue screen, when used in stand alone mode afaik its supported, but when using with the Raspberry Pi and DuetSoftwareFramework there are limitations in accessing filesystems and SD card.

                      See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Getting_Started_With_Duet_3#Section_Running_in_standalone_mode for details.

Have you actually gone through any of the documentation?
