      Where are you seeing "starting" ?

      Can you confirm your firmware version with M122?

      Have you updated the DWC as well?

      If this is with a PanelDue can you confirm you have up to date firmware there as well?

                    Did it work with firmware 3.1.1 and DWC 3.1.1?
                    Are you using a raspberry pi as well?
                    Can you connect via USB and try M122 and the M98 command?

                      yes ,it work with 3.1.1,
                      yes,im using a raspberry pi(duet pi)
                      And i will try usb,but it may take time
