        Does your router isolate wired and wireless devices?

            @Phaedrux as far as i know not, except for devices that are connected to wireless connection for quests but my laptop or 3d printer isn't connected to this. i have a netgear Nighthawk X4S. maybe there is something i overlooked in the settings that you can say that can cause the problem? when i try to ping the 3d printer from the devices that can't connect i get connection timed out. from the other devices i get a reply. i also could connect to it via a other laptop that is connected via wifi.

              Are you able to ping the IP?

                  Then you've definitely got a network isolation problem.

                  Are the ips even in the same subnet?

                    @Phaedrux yes, all devices are in the same subnet. i also have a raspberry pi and i can connect to that from all devices in my network. i can also do remote desktop to my other pc that can connect to the 3d printer.

                      i have removed the printer from the network and reconnected it. it looks like it is working now. i wil look if it stays working the comming days and let it know if it still works.

                        I wonder if the router tried to shunt the Duetwifi over to the 5Ghz network?

                          @Phaedrux in my router i have this option disabled, so i don't think this caused the problem.

                          also i haven't had any problems since i reconnected the printer with the network, thanks for your help.

                            @robh345 same issue for me..

                            All devices on the same network. I can connect to DWC with iPad, iPhone, and until recently my laptop. Now, the raspberry pi connected to the Duet3 doesn't respond to pings from my laptop, but it does from other devices.
