3,3V yellow, 5V red, LED VIN blue Probe not working
-
O.K. friends,
may tell me someone why the current temprature of HotEnd is dark blue highlitetd on PanelDue? Does that something inform about...Status of what ever?Even if I'm disconnecting Heatercartridge or rahter Sensor!
[Bild Text](Bild Link), it's still dark blue highlighted?!?!
Many Thinas

Hello @bearer,
checked as requested 3,3V and 5 V on Extentionboard Junction. All fine 5V=5,0V; 3,3V=3,30V. No it's not a genuin Board, its produced by MakerBase in really good quality and until i started the new update of reworking the X-Carridge eveything workt perfekt from the very first second until now....6Months later. No nothig is heated up untypically! You wrote somthing about a soldered Fuse on the Board for the Thermistors.....My you explan where it is located?
Additionally I've registerated that on the GUI of the PanDue the Setpoint for HotEnd the not yet seted setpoint (23°C) is hightlighted dark blue......what does that mean?
If the soldered Thermistor Fuse is broken......would the souruunding temperatures will be displayed well?
Many thanks in adveance !!!Danijel

Hello,
right now I realized where from the failure occors:
The highlighted SetPoint Temperature as well as the faliure code: "T0
Error: Heater 1 fault: temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 1.7°C/sec" because of a faliure regarding Heating in General.
I measured all heaters, i connected new Temp.Sensors wirthout any effort.
So far Heater 0/1 and Heatbed are not working. Coud that be because of the Thermisor Fuse theat it is soldered to the Board is broken? Many thanks for your help!

Does the thermistor for that heater read correctly at room temperature?
Does the temperature reading for that heater rise at all when you turn it on for the first time, before the heater fault is reported?
Have you upgraded the firmware recently, or changed the power supply? If so, it may just be that you need to run M303 heater tuning on that heater.

Hello dc42,
yes, the temperatur reading works fine on room temperature! No, when turning on the heater, the temperature doesn't rise at all......
The Heaters are PID tuned so far well.....strange really strage this failure! As well i Installed your last stable Firmware 3.2!
Tryed out again just to read the failure: "Error: M303: heater 0 reported error 'sensor open circuit' at start of auto tuning"
Many Thanks

Check your wiring.
Post your config.g and the results of M122
Maybe show a photo of your wiring at the board. -

The wiring should be o.k. because the board was working properly for some months.
Regarding Firmware.....after i realized that i have some trouble with the board i erased the memory and installed new firmware just to ensure that it is not to software issues. Many thanks in advance

Well sensor open circuit would indicate it is not connected.
-
but sensor shows the correct room temperature?!?! As well conected a new Temp.Sensor to avoid any trouble with this...

Tryed out again just to read the failure: "Error: M303: heater 0 reported error 'sensor open circuit' at start of auto tuning"
Are you still getting that error?
-
@Phaedrux
unfortunately yes, still the same failure! But why are both Heaters blocked...... The strange...... Isn't it?
Is there a possibility that that a temp. Fuse is gone?Mfg T.
-
Possibly a blown PTC fuse on the thermistor, yes.
Do you see any damaged components on the board?
How did you wire up the PS-on? Do things improve if you remove the PS-on wiring?
-
Hello, the PS-On wiring I disconnected already and the same status as before, no changes. May you tell me where the PTC fuses are located on the board or even how they look like? Until now I was not able to locate any blown components on the board. Many thanks in advance
Best regards Danijel

You can see the schematics for your board version here: https://github.com/Duet3D/Duet-2-Hardware/tree/master/Duet2
Is this a genuine Duet or a clone? If Genuine, where and when was it purchased?
