      when you plug the board in with the USB cable to a PC, try double clicking the reset button. you will see the diag light change to slow pulsing. The board should show up as a storage device. this will show if the USB cable/port is working or not.

        hi.
        Nothing happens when i press the reset button ?
        tried 4 cables and 3 usb ports

          @dk_tommyt You must press it twice in short succession, then the diag LED will start pulsing.

                    Can you try with the SD card removed?

                    It was hard to see in the video which LEDs exactly are lit.
