Berd air wired to bed heater.
-
Hi all,
I just got a berd air system. I have a 24V printer and I would like to wire the berd air up to my bed heater output. I believe I need a flyback diode on the motor.
I have also read these threads:
https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/5238/berd-air-pump-configuration-notes-for-duet-users/36
https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/21925/mains-bed-pwm-frequency-flickering-lights/43
It seems that running the pwm at a high freq (>20khz) will reduce noise. Will this pose any problems with the bed heater mosfet? I have a bunch of other heater mosfets I can use if the bed heater mosfet is not spec'd for this.
What way does the flyback diode need to be run?
Thanks.
