Afternoon,
I'm having issues with my screen it will power up but will not show the display like normal it is a brand new screen powered into a duet wifi board. The screen was working perfectly fine this morning and on reboot it just stopped but the weird thing is I can touch the screen where the buttoms would be but it wont show on the screen its just black. I have reflashed the firmware and still isn't showing up sadly. I have ordered from E3D abotu a month ago ish.

Does the screen ever change to anything other than black like when doing a firmware update?
Can you tell if the backlight is powered at all?

@phaedrux So I did a firmware reload and now it's full dead but before it would flicker on the boot and make to click noise for each tab but it's not even doing that anymore?

@phaedrux Was also meant to add there is no light on it anymore can't see the backlight on. Not good considering I just bought it

That probably means that after the firmware update it's trying to do the touch point calibration and you can't see the points to touch, or you've touched but wildly off and now it's not registering clicks in the right place. Regardless, it's not functional. But at least it seems like a display problem and not a controller problem.
Please contact your vendor and initiate a warranty exchange. Include a link to this thread as authorization.
