      Hi all.
I need you help if possible.
My printer works fine for around a year. Yesterday I've started another print after one was done and printer just freeze. Panel due didn't respond for any commands. Board doesn't start after restart it, WiFi led is off all the time. 5V and 3.3V led is on, diag led is constantly lit. I tried connect it to pc but my pc is not detecting it, so I tried with other 2 pc's and same problem, so I can't even upgrade firmware, I also tried to use erase pins tens of times without success, reset button also not changing anything. Here is a video.
I have tried also change sd card, and tried to turn it on with or without sd card nothing changed.

        @danielmar90 Hi!

Leds looks ok (5V and 3.3V)

        1. Make sure your usb cable has 4 wires (VCC, GND, D+, D-). Cheap cables have only 2 lines (power supply)
        2. If usb cable is ok let's unplug all cables (also power supply) and try to connect with usb cable only
        3. Download usb drivers for duet boards
        4. Perform erase procedure one more time:
        • reset button (hold 1 sec)
        • put erase jumper
        • reset button (hold 1 sec)
        • remove erase jumper
        • reset button (hold 1 sec)

I hope after that procedure duet will show in your device manager.

Cable that I'm using is detecting Panel Due without any problems and other devices as well.
I have removed whole board from printer and tried to connect it to pc with no success to detect it,
So I have started erase procedure described on duet website.
          Put erase connector on pins,
Plug in to USB and wait few seconds
          Unplug and remove erase connector
          Plug it in again.
Tried that many times without success.
Is your method should be made while board is plugged in to USB all the time or disconnect it at some point ??

In this method duet must have power supply from usb.

Can you take a picture? Try to make best quality.

It looks like microcontroller is dead.
AFAIK endstop diodes should be off after power up.
Heater E1 diode is also on (a bit).

                Did you have a short?
I ask because maybe U11 chip is broken.

No. Printer works almost a year.
No issues and no modifications has been made since I've started using it. Just stopped working.

I just found a post where guy had shor circuit on a board and it looks exactly like mine with almost all leds lit, and he's cpu was damaged, but I haven't open a compartment with pcb, and didn't charge anything. Any idea if it is possible that it only could is damaged or something more could be damaged, or how it could happen without touching anything.

Hard to predict what happend but maybe some fan, heater short.
If you have warranty you don't need to worry but you need to wait for @Phaedrux.

If you don't have warranty you must replace microcontroller but it is very hard to do.

I can do it if you want but it depends which country you are.

I think it is correct microcontroller.
Manufacturer number is ok, number of pins also.

                                @T3P3Tony Am I right?

The microcontroller we fit is ATSAM4E8EA-AU. Adding an R on the end just changes the packaging to tape & reel, so isn't significant.

The ATSAM4E8EB-AU will probably work too, but we haven't tested it. If you find the same part with U replaced by N, that's OK too.

Edit: it looks like we may have bought up all the available stock of the 4E8EA.
