@tecno, please can you post a close-up photo of those two fan mosfets.

What revision number is the board? It's printed on the underside.

@tecno that’s perfect, thanks. I approve a warranty replacement. Please contact the seller and follow their warranty process, quoting this thread as authorisation. Apologies for the inconvenience.

How is it revision 1? Bart only has V0.5 in stock!

@tecno how is what revision 1? You have a revision v0.5 board, as it shows in your photos. There’s only tiny differences between v0.5 and v1, mainly to aid manufacturing; see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Duet_3_Mini_5plus_Hardware_overview#Section_Revision_1_Num_0
I guess RepRapWorld are still selling slightly older stock, which is fine.

Please enter the Warranty Authorisation code (WAC) you have been sent by email from Duet3D.

This does not appear to be a valid Duet3D Warranty Authorisation Code

@tecno oops, sorry, we’ve just changed how we do warranty authorisation.

Please send an email to warranty@duet3d.com and CC your reseller. Include a link to this forum thread and the details of your original purchase. You'll receive a reply with a form to fill out and warranty authorisation code.

Already filled the form without WAC (omitted the code so I could fill the rest) and cc to Bart.

So I think you can fill the blanks inhouse.

                          Cheers
