      @norwestie see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer
      The H parameter in M665 sets the Z height. As it says in the above guide:

      H = height of the nozzle above the bed when all three carriages are just high enough to trigger the endstop switches. Measure it as best you can, to within about 5mm. Calibration will adjust it.

          As it's a delta, your homing file is homedelta.g not homeall.g

            @phaedrux I commented out the commands to drop the carriage after homing, measured and changed the distance from bed to homed position and attempted to lower again. Send the M208 and tried to get the probe to the bed but again it wouldn't go all the way down. It stopped about 40mm above. What am I doing wrong?

                  @norwestie What's in your config_override.g? You have an M501 to load it, and it's probably overriding the settings in config.g.

                      @norwestie it’s the M665 … H260 in config_override.g that’s overriding the value set in config.g. Start the Duet, then send M665, which will report the current setting. H will be 260. Send (same as in config):

                      M665 R134.4 L271.5 B116 H283

                      Then M665 again to check. Then send M500 to save a new config_override.g with this setting.

                      Alternatively, remove the M501 from config.g, which stops the override being run. But any calibration changes will need to be copied into config.g manually. Easiest way to do that is to run calibration, save calibration with M500, then copy the bits that you want from config_override to config.g.

                          the M665 is what defines a printer as a delta to my understanding.

                          M665 Rxxx( is the radious of ur builded printer the internal one), Lxxx( the length of the rods that hold ur effectors) Bxxx( is the radious of ur bed) abd Hxxx( is the height of ur nozzle to the bed when the limit switces are enabled) .
