Can't upload to printer
-
Due to my config.g file disappearing (not blank but gone), I formatted a new 32GB card, copied the files and did a bed level. Then I attempted a print. The upload showed 97% complete then the errors shown below:

Error: HTTP: could not write upload data

How was the new card formatted?
This tool is recommended: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/

@phaedrux
Formatted in Win10 Fat32 -
Try that formatting tool and try again fresh, but I wonder if it's the SD card socket that is the problem.

@phaedrux I have had more problems with this board than anything I can think of. Granted, some are of my own doing but this is a ridiculous way to file a warranty claim, through a public forum. I'm ready to pull it out and go back to the stock Anycubic board. At least it worked.

I understand your frustration. The reason for the forum is to assist users in the setup and troubleshooting since more often than not it's not a hardware issue that a warranty replacement would solve. The alternative with other hardware is basically "you're on your own", so at least you've got support here.
In this case I think it's safe to say that there is an issue with the SD card hardware which we are investigating. If you'd like to start the warranty replacement process please send an email to warranty@duet3d.com and CC your reseller. Include a link to this forum thread and the details of your original purchase. You'll receive a reply with a form to fill out.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We do stand by the product and will get it sorted for you.

@phaedrux I shut off the printer/board and powered back up the next day and it is connected again and looking normal. No change in SD card, just power-cycling

@norwestie But again, can't upload to card and I followed the instructions for formattting a new 16GB card

That's unfortunate. You will be getting an email regarding your warranty claim shortly.
