See current temp when extruding

It would be usable to see the current temp of the hoend(s) when the extrusion dialog is displayed. I think this can be accomplished by displaying the extrusion dialog a bit further down on the screen. Assuming that the temperatures are updated while the dialog is open.

Otherwise the temperatures could be added into the dialog, but it is pretty crowded as is.
