So now my Chiron is upgraded with linera rails on all axis, anti-backlash nuts on Z and my new hotend assembly with Toolboard, IR Height Sensor and Phaetus Dragon. Lownoise fan from Noctua to cool the Dragon.
New Mini 5+ V1.01 board. Now issues so far, I can swith off power and no missing files etc. WiFi works on boot and µSD card reader works so I do believe issues are now ironed out.

@tecno axial fans don't usually work well against any back pressure such as that produced by tapered ducts. Are the print cooling fans actually driving any air through them? People usually use squirrel cage fans for that purpose because they can push much more air through ducts.
