Thermistor reading roughly 10°C to high
-
Hi I am using 3 slice engineering HT-thermistor (450°C) on my printer and I get temperature readings 10°C above room temperature. I checked and measured the resistance (with the extension I am using) and found no problem. The thermistor is configured like this:
M308 S2 A"Tool-M" P"temp1" Y"thermistor" T500000 B4723 C1.196220e-7 M950 H2 C"out2" T2 M307 H2 B0 S1.00 R3.002 C191.7 D12.39 M143 H2 S400
I am using the Duet 3 MB6HC with the 3.3 (2021-06-15) Firmware.
(Room Temperature was around 19-20°C. )I searched for a solution or an explanation for this, but I didn’t find an answer and hope somebody could explain it to me what I am missing.

@chris94 those termistors are very difficult to read at temps below 80 degrees or so.
I wouldn't be concerned that they are off at room temperature -
@jay_s_uk So, everything above 100000Ω I guess? Anyway, thanks for the quick answer.
