have a D300vs that came with a Duet WiFi 1.0, sometimes when try to start a print I get a message that it cannot read the SD card, I power cycle the machine and then it is fine and seems to print projects fine once I start them.

what procedure should I do to determine the issue.

@fireflynj the simplest way is to test a new SD-Card, to which you copy the data from the old SD-Card
