      Hi

      Ender5
      Micro Swiss Direct Drive
All Metal Hotend genuine with 0.4 Nozzle
Extruder Motor: Compact But Powerful motor 0.9°

      Filament:
its new filament i have buy it yesterday
      sunlu
      Petg 1.75
      Temp: 235°C , Bed: 70°C

I have try to reduce stringing with retract from 1.0 to 3.5 but nothing always stringing.

i use the firmware retract and also for test retraction with Prusaslicer alway the same result.

@lui2004 are you sure the retraction is working, and by the amount you set? For example can you see that 1mm is being retracted when its set to 1mm and 3.5mm when its set to 3.5mm. What impact does it have changing the retraction amoung in steps through a test print like you show above, for example changing from 0mm at the bottom to 4mm retraction near the top?

@lui2004 - What's your nozzle? Cheap nozzles quite often cause this problem.

@lui2004 - OK let's say, we can eliminate the nozzle. 😀
Try to dry the filament. Even if it's new, it doesn't always mean it's dry.
