endstops trigered but homing doesnt work

Hi. I came to this problem. I have magnetic endstops on my X and Y axis. Y homing is not working: i have tested it and I can see it is being triggered but the movement doesn't stop and the carriage crashes against one side of my frame.
I even changed the sensor and still fails. I have measured with a voltmeter on the board and I can see the sensor signal arriving to the board.
So Im lost. Nothing hanged on my config, can the board be broken?
Im using duet 3 v1.1, firmware 3.3, SBC mode
I have checked home Y just in case, nothing wrong there, nothing changed on my config.g

@tinchus When you check the two endstop states with m119 in console, does the status change?
