Its working on my Tevo Tarantula. The problems at the moment are with my new setup on the Voron2.4 with the 10 color changer.
A video is linked in the thingiverse files.

very interesting! Could you please a video of a printing? I really can't understand how it works because I see 7 inputs and 7 outputs and I don't undesrtand how they "go" in a direct drive witha single input....

Please have a look on the thingiverse files.
Close to the Direct drive is the 7Filament.STL mounted and reducing the 7 outputs to 1.
so the retract on my Tevo for the Colorchanging is 300mm due to the Filamentsensor.
              200 should work as well.

With my old CR-10S I used a similar mixing "cone" for the multicolor but I gave up because each time I retracted the "old" filament it has ALWAYS had a "tail" of melted filament attached to the tip that after few color changes clogged the filament collector that enter the final extruder PTFE tube....how did you solve this? Are your "old" filament reatracted tips always "clean" with no "tails"?

The tailing could be stopped throug a cooldown. I used it. But it works also without it on the BIQU H2 I'm using.

I found it very very interesting but 7 colors are too much, is it possible to modify it to work with 4 colors?

Sorry. Had been busy the last few days.
I use Prusa Slicer. There you can cut the STL and reunute it the size you need. One segment is 11.2mm wide.

I modified mine to 10 colors these days. Including it to my upsidedown Voron.
The Idea was to grant access to a Pilamentstorage underneth the printer.
