      @obezruki My best guess is that the first layer height is too close to the build plate, which restricts the filament flow out if the nozzle. Try using baby stepping while the skirt is printing and then change the z offset accordingly.

        Also check that you have Cura set to use relative extruder values as that's what you have set in config.g
        Been a while, but I think you have to dig for that setting in Cura.

          @obezruki i can imagine two possibilities

          1.Check your line width and flow in Cura, I had once problems printing TPU not realizing I had the line width set on to 0.04mm. Yours could be set too high.

          1. heat creep, your extruder doesn’t get enough cooling. Starts printing fine and then clogs. When it gets colder you can extrude fine again, for a time.

          Anycubic Predator, Orbiter Extruder , Duet Wifi, Mosquito Hotend, Remote Extruder Stepper cooling and Part cooling

              @deckingman I believe this is causing issues yes. I'm not using auto bed leveling, so I think my bed was too close to the print head. I had to clean out the nozzle and heat break which led me to believe that it was backing up, Ive also installed a stronger heatsink fan as of now. Going to try again and will let you know

                  @deckingman after adjusting Z height better and adding better cooling it appears the print is going well. I have to change some speed issues but I have a solid baseline for config! Thank you!

                    @deckingman the print went great until the last few layers, then it appeared to clog again. I'm going to clear the jam and try a different print

                      @obezruki It sounds like you have another issue if the latest print started well you experienced a blockage towards the end. There are a number of possible reasons for this, but the most common one is using too much retraction which causes molten filament to get drawn up into the heat break area of the hot end where it will cool and solidify.

                        @deckingman I'll remove some retraction and use Z hop more aggressive, thanks for the tips! I had an enclosure for the PanelDue printing and it went well until it lifted from the bed (and was Y axis inverted)
