@topenga post your M563 line from your config

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

@topenga Best include your entire config.g, what do you have listed under M563? have you checked your wiring?

6HC Voron Trident based, 6XD CNC, Mini 5 polar printer

@topenga and can you confirm that fans 0 and 1 are part cooling fans and fan 2 is your heatsink fan?

@topenga then you have both your fans and M563 setup incorrectly.
                  You should have

                  M308 S2 Y"mcu-temp" A"MCU" ; configure sensor 2 as on-chip MCU temperature sensor

That monitors the MCU-Temp for the electronics fan. You could use something else for the electronics fan but thats a good shout.

                  M950 F0 C"fan0" Q500 ; create fan 0 on pin fan0 and set its frequency
                  M106 P0 C"PartCooling" S0 H-1 ; set fan 0 name and value. Thermostatic control is turned on
                  M950 F1 C"fan1" Q500 ; create fan 1 on pin fan1 and set its frequency
                  M106 P1 C"HotendSink" S0.95 H1 T45 ; set fan 1 name and value. Thermostatic control is turned off
                  M950 F2 C"fan2" Q500 ; create fan 2 on pin fan2 and set its frequency
                  M106 P2 C"Elect" S0.85 H2 T30 ; set fan 2 name and value. Thermostatic control is turned on

That sets fan1 to come on when the heater comes on and fan2 to come on if the MCU temp is above 30 degrees (you may need to increase that value)
                  And then change

                  M563 P0 S"0.4er Nozzle" D0 H1 F0 ; define tool 0

i.e. remove the :1 from F0 as you only map non thermostatically controlled fans to a tool
