I have a Flsun cube Mks Gen L v1.0 3d printer and I want to change the motherboard, I would like to know if a Duet2 wifi with 7" touchscreen or a Duet 3 Mainboard 6HC with 7" touchscreen is better for me.
      Thank you very much

@oliof Motherboard Duet 3 6HC with 7" touchscreen is not good for what I want to do?
I'm about to buy it, it helps me put the printer to work and earn some money with it and that's why I'm looking for something that gives me a precise finish.

@maxsky 6HC and PanelDue 7in will certainly bring the printer to life. The 6HC is just a lot of performance for this kind of printer which will go mostly unused. Even if you would need three motors for Z a duet 3 mini with a toolboard for the print head or the two stepper expansion board would be a better choice IMO. If you plan to connect the printer wirelessly, a Duet3 mini is even better a choice because it comes with wifi integrated while the Duet3 6HC requires either a dedicated bridging Access Point or a Raspberry Pi to run in SBC mode to get a wifi connection.

@maxsky i ran my flsun cube with a duet 3 mini. more than enough for that printer

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is
