The post for firmware 3.4.0 indicated that thumbnails can be shown in DWC and PanelDue.

I've got thumnails in DWC but not in PanelDue. I'm running RRF 3.4.1.

Where would I see them, and is there anything special I need to do to make them show?

@tfjield what firmware version is the PanelDue running? It’s currently only supported in beta version of PanelDue software: https://github.com/Duet3D/PanelDueFirmware/releases/tag/3.4.1-pre2

Ah, that's it. My PanelDue is on 3.3. I had installed RRF 3.4.1 and I just assumed that everything would be updated to 3.4.1. And I figured 3.4.1 pre2 came before 3.4.1.

Thanks, I'll update and give it a shot.

I updated the PanelDue to 3.4.1 pre2 and now the thumbnails show!
