from docs.duet3d, regulator is enabled if the INT 5V_EN jumper is fitted, does it mean i need to jumper the +5V with GND?

@phaedrux i have trouble with my duet 2 wifi. my duet 2 wifi won't start with VIN but does start with USB. when the power supply turned on, the board only showed the VIN light with none of the other lights activating.

@abcde sounds like you've damaged the 5v regulator on the board

When and where did you purchase the board?
Has anything happened to explain why the 5v regulator isn't functional?
Can you take some close up, well lit photos of both sides of the board with all wiring disconnected?
