Repetition of movements with E3D toolchanger tools

Hello.
I ask you a question, it may sound a bit strange but I need to do it like this.
I am working with an E3D toolchanger with 4 tools.I need to prepare a gcode in which I can repeat the actions that each tool does, let me explain:
Imagine a cube, as always, makes 1st layer, then 2nd layer, 3rd layer...
I need the 2nd tool to repeat this process, that is:- 1st layer printing with tool 1
- 1st layer printing with tool 2
- 2nd layer printing with tool 1
- 2nd layer printing with tool 2
...
That is, as you can see, I need to repeat the layer movements on both heads separately.
I am using Simplify 3D.
I have tried duplicating the STL and putting them in the same position in the base to be able to do a process for each STL, but I cannot prepare the file, it seems that it is not possible to do it.
Any idea how to do this?

Does this mean that two layers will be printed at the same height?
It sounds like simplify doesn't like the models at the same position? I don't have that software, so i can't say for sure whether it's possible.
You can write your own code to do this, but keep in mind it is difficult to recreate the complexity of what a slicer does (infill patterns, dynamic extrusion, etc.)
You could try using a slicer to do the hard work of generating the gcode commands for a cube. Then, use a text editor to copy a section of the code (for instance, gcode for printing just one layer) and put that code inside a while loop (make a custom macro). Inside and outside your while loop you can add commands to switch between tools and do whatever other things you need for your process.
This would require a bit of testing, but this is a good place to start for meta commands (loops, variables in RRF)

Well, for now I have managed with something similar.
I have generated the GCODE, and I have copied the code of the 1st layer to apply it with a T1 so that it does the same process adding a small offset to Z.

I would have thought you could just slice your shape at 0.1 layer height instead of 0.2
Then in your "on layer change section" do some conditional code to switch tools back and forth.
Either by using mod() to work out if it's an even number layer or just be checking the current tool in the object model
