6XD with 60V available when?
-
I sourced a octopus with HV Stepper because I plan run my steppers with 60V. I realized today that a 60V 6XD will come soon…. When?

@Chriss Its unlikely that we will release a 6XD that supports 60V VIN any time soon. The best option in this case is to power the stepper drivers from the 60V power supply and the 6XD and the rest of the system from a 24V power supply.

As you are talking about a board with drivers, did you mean a 6HC board? Version 1.02 of the 6HC supports up to 50V VIN. It should be shipping about now.

@Herve_Smith they will be added to https://docs.duet3d.com/Duet3D_hardware/Duet_3_family/Duet_3_Mainboard_6XD_Hardware_Overview#revision-history in the near future. Basically the specifications are the same as version 1.01 except for the following:
- Max continuous VIN voltage increased to 50V (plus a margin for VIN overshooting when stepper motors are turned off and feed voltage back into VIN)
- Max external 5V + 3.3V current total reduced to 1.5A
- USB port changed to USB-C
