I accidentally started uploading from PrusaSlicer the same file that was already printing and it didn't fail.

      Board: Duet 3 MB6HC (MB6HC)
      DSF Version: 3.4.5
      Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 3 MB6HC 3.4.5 (2022-11-30)

@gnydick What happened to the print? Did it complete?

@gnydick if a file is open it won't get overwritten. It'll either fail the upload at the end or get uploaded with a different file type e.g. .part

@gloomyandy I cancelled it after i saw the upload completed successfully because I didn't know what would happen. File-systems are fickle.

@gnydick I suspect that the upload code in PrusaSlicer didn't check the error code that RRF returned at the end of the upload when the final rename step failed.
