That error suggests either that the WiFi module has failed, or a power supply issue. To check whether it is a power supply issue:

      • If you are using USB power only, try with VIN power applied.
      • If it still happens with VIN power, disconnect the Z probe, PanelDue and any 3-wire endstop switches form the Duet, and try again.
      • If it still gives those connection failure messages, ask your supplier to replace the Duet.

It sounds to me that you have no internal 5V power. If you disconnect the USB and apply VIN power, which LEDs are lit on the edge of the board?

Is the 5V_INT jumper in place?

                hi,

yes, leds are on, 1 blue and 3 reds…

i am triying things, before deciding if I sent the Duet Board to England

I have try method number 1. I have unplugged Endstops and Zprobe

                [[language]]
With the Duet powered by USB only, press the ERASE button in and hold for a few seconds.
Release and then press the RESET button, or unplug the USB lead and plug it in again.
NOTE: The ERASE and RESET buttons may be “sticky” and not spring back out after pressing. In this event you should gently ease the button out with your fingernail or small pointed object.
Wait a few seconds for the Duet to reboot before proceeding.
Enter the following command to initiate the upload, then press Enter (If you are uploading a different firmware version then change the 1.13b to match the name of your file)
                bossac.exe -e -w -v -b RepRapFirmware-1.13b.bin
Bossac will report that it has found the device on a COM port, erase flash memory, upload and verify the firmware, and set it as bootable.

After i try to conect by usb with Prontface, and try to HOME, axis move a little, and this comment in Prontface console… some idea?

Is the green 3.3V LED on?

Ignore the Pronterface message, Pronterface does that because the M114 response sent by RRF has one extra space compared to the one sent by Marlin, and Pronterface can't handle that. The extra space is removed in the 1.20 beta firmware.

Yes, that LED (the one closest to the Erase button) is green.

I'm sorry, it does sounds as though the WiFi module on your board has developed a fault.

To change it yourself, you would need hot air desoldering equipment, and you would lose the remaining warranty on your board.

The warranty is 6 months, so you are covered.

If you were running the board on USB power only when you attempted to upgrade the WiFi firmware, try again with VIN power applied.
