Think WiFi dont work…

yes, its in place.

And the LEDs on the edge of the board?
-
hi,
yes, leds are on, 1 blue and 3 reds…
i am triying things, before deciding if I sent the Duet Board to England
I have try method number 1. I have unplugged Endstops and Zprobe
[[language]] With the Duet powered by USB only, press the ERASE button in and hold for a few seconds. Release and then press the RESET button, or unplug the USB lead and plug it in again. NOTE: The ERASE and RESET buttons may be “sticky” and not spring back out after pressing. In this event you should gently ease the button out with your fingernail or small pointed object. Wait a few seconds for the Duet to reboot before proceeding. Enter the following command to initiate the upload, then press Enter (If you are uploading a different firmware version then change the 1.13b to match the name of your file) bossac.exe -e -w -v -b RepRapFirmware-1.13b.bin Bossac will report that it has found the device on a COM port, erase flash memory, upload and verify the firmware, and set it as bootable.
After i try to conect by usb with Prontface, and try to HOME, axis move a little, and this comment in Prontface console… some idea?
[[language]] Attempt to move the head of a Delta or SCARA printer before homing the towers [ERROR] Traceback (most recent call last): File "printrun\printcore.pyc", line 241, in _readline File "printrun\pronterface.pyc", line 1713, in recvcb File "printrun\pronterface.pyc", line 1669, in update_pos ValueError: could not convert string to float:

Is the green 3.3V LED on?
Ignore the Pronterface message, Pronterface does that because the M114 response sent by RRF has one extra space compared to the one sent by Marlin, and Pronterface can't handle that. The extra space is removed in the 1.20 beta firmware.

Yes, that LED (the one closest to the Erase button) is green.
I'm sorry, it does sounds as though the WiFi module on your board has developed a fault.
-
Bufff…. And it's possible try to change for myself? Or I have to send board to UK?
-
To change it yourself, you would need hot air desoldering equipment, and you would lose the remaining warranty on your board.
-
The board it's in England way… To Sat...
-
Is there any update on this because i get the same problem. I get the Error: Installation failed due to comm write error. I contacted http://filastruder.com the supplier, how long is the warenty? I got this board in Aug but did not use it until now.

The warranty is 6 months, so you are covered.
If you were running the board on USB power only when you attempted to upgrade the WiFi firmware, try again with VIN power applied.
